| 农民工的社会保障是一个日益尖锐的特殊问题,正视它的存在并积极求索化解之道势在必行。农民工社会保障制度的缺失使农民工难以真正地融入城市,阻碍了我国的城市化建设进程和农业劳动生产率的提高。在现阶段,我国对农民工的社会保障不可能一步到位,一定要按照循序渐进、轻重缓急的步骤,充分考虑农民工的需要,使他们得到实实在在的保障。 |
