| 摘要: |
| 阐述了制约跨国公司社会责任决策的内外因素,使用利益相关者理论以及认知决策学派的观点来解释跨国公司的社会责任行为。在此基础上,建立了跨国公司的社会责任决策模型,应用该模型解释了跨国公司在中国的社会责任实践,并分析了跨国公司的积极社会责任行为对中国本土企业的潜在影响。 |
