| 采用内容分析法,在对国内企业领导力研究的基本情况做全面概括的基础上,深入研究了相关文献的具体内容。分析企业领导力的定义,概括出能力论、行为论、整体论三种观点;研究企业领导力的构成要素,将企业领导力的构成要素概括为能力、品格、行为三个方面九种不同的类型;归纳培养与开发企业领导力的方法,分别从行为、制度、战略、理念四个层面进行阐述。 |
