| 政府诚信是指政府在行使国家行政权力,实施公共管理中,必须坚持诚实守信的原则,并以此规范和约束自身的行为方式。加强政府诚信,构建诚信政府是我国社会转型期对政府自身建设的迫切需要。构建诚信政府必须从增强政府诚信理念出发,建立政府诚信的社会道德评价机制,健全政府责任机制。 |
