| 我国加入WTO以后,酒店的数量增多、规模增大、设施档次提高、竞争更加激烈,酒店业面临的是“与群狼共舞”的局面。为了提高酒店的竞争力,就必须提高员工的整体素质,因此酒店员工的培训工作就显得尤为重要。目前我国酒店员工培训中存在许多问题必须从培训体系和培训内容两方面寻找解决问题的对策及方法。 |
