| 上个世纪80年代初期,我国实行对外开放政策,实践证明这一举措取得了巨大的成就。但是,20多年后的今天,我国的经济实力和国际地位都发生了很大的变化,所以有必要重新研究对外开放理论,重新审视并调整我国的对外开放政策,使它进一步发挥推动我国社会主义市场经济发展的作用。 |
