| 近年来不断发生的学生诉高校不当处分案反映了高校在行使处分权时存在诸多问题,学生的受教育权容易受到高校不当处分地侵犯,两者之间的冲突加剧。结合新出台的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》,从高校处分权和学生受教育权入手,分析两者冲突产生的原因,提出相应的解决对策以实现两者的利益平衡。 |
