| 摘要: |
| 医疗保险改革是世界公认的难题,也是公众最关心的问题。说其难,主要是指费用控制难,医患保三方关系协调难,在我国还存在扩面难,资金筹集难。综观20世纪70年代以来西方发达资本主义国家医疗保险事业的改革,我们可以发现,各国发展的普遍趋势在于:开源节流,加强控制;应对人口老龄化,建立老年护理保险;发展社区卫生服务;医疗机构与保险机构合而为一等。借鉴国外的一些经验并汲取其教训,为我所用,是大有裨益的。 |
