| 在城镇房屋拆迁中,政府失灵是一种客观存在。从政府干预和管理房屋拆迁的范围和力度上看,政府失灵主要表现在角色错位、干预过度和行政不作为三个方面。要从根本上解决城镇房屋拆迁过程中的政府失灵问题不能简单的运用单一的行政手段,必须严格地运用经济手段、行政手段以及法律手段相结合的方式进行处理,以维护拆迁相关利益主体的合法利益。 |
