| 近年来,我国的外汇储备快速增长。自2001年以来,我国官方外汇储备持续迅猛增加,出现了自1994年外汇体制改革以来的第二个高速增长期。理论界对此有各种各样的看法与主张。作为发展中国家的中国,面临国际性金融深化这一发展趋势,其金融业的对外开放已不可避免。因此,为避免国际资本流动对我国经济的不利影响,外汇储备规模成为一个重要问题。 |
