| 收入分配差距是产生贫富差距的主要因素,但收入分配差距不绝对等同于贫富差距。作为衡量收入分配差距的“基尼系数”如何更能反映贫富差距呢?应用考虑生活消费成本的居民实际收入代替居民名义收入计算基尼系数,同时辅之以变异指标等,方能对贫富差距作出较为客观、真实的判断。 |
