| 摘要: |
| 基尼系数并不能有效反映我国居民收入不平等的真实状况,而我国居民的绝对贫困率水平是更能反映收入不平等实际状况的判断指标,比基尼系数更能体现效率优先兼顾公平的分配原则,能真正反映收入分配的合理程度。政府应该采取适当措施来提高低收入者的收入和福利水平,包括在城市地区创造更多的就业机会以及加快我国的城市化进程以提高我国农村贫困人口的收入水平。 |
