| 高校学生思想政治教育的针对性就是指教育者在充分了解学生思想实际和存在问题的基础上,有的放矢,使整个教育过程贴近学生、贴近社会、贴近实际,切实解决学生存在的思想认识和行为选择问题,进而实现思想政治教育目的的活动过程。高校学生思想政治教育针对性研究是随着现实状况和学生思想的不断变化而发生变化的动态过程,其中要注意教育主客体、教育内容、教育方法、教育载体、教育环境等因素的相互影响和作用,充分利用一切积极因素,采取有效措施,切实加强高校学生思想政治教育的实效性。 |
