| 我国新一轮固定资产投资加快增长是在已初步建立的市场经济体制框架下由投资、需求结构升级拉动的自主过程。这个过程经历了恢复性增长和热度增长两个阶段,在恢复性增长阶段,非国有经济和一部分国有经济是固定资产投资增长的拉动者;在热度增长阶段,处在升级产业链中的企业是固定资产投资的强劲拉动者。由于市场经济体制是初步的,此轮固定资产投资增长过程又带有体制转型的痕迹。 |
