| 虚拟财产的权利人可以根据自己的意愿对虚拟财产进行占有、使用、收益和处分,并排除他人的侵害.由此可见,虚拟财产具有物权的属性.但同时虚拟财产的存在要依赖于游戏商,其又具有债权的特征.可以说虚拟财产是较为复杂的一种财产形式,在其上所表现的直接支配性及依赖性的特征正是物权与债权相互渗透,物权债权化的产物. |
