| 近年,我国出口商品频受反倾销的威胁,而在WTO框架下,解决国际贸易争端的主体只能是非官方的行业协会.由于行业协会属于民间组织,可以直接或间接以会员企业的代表身份参与国际贸易争端的解决,因此,我国行业协会应遵照市场经济运行模式,转变现行体制,完善行业协会的综合服务功能,发挥其能动性.另一方面政府部门也要通过立法赋予行业协会在解决世界贸易争端中的职责和权力. |
