| 城市土地储备制度的实施对加强城市政府对土地市场的宏观调控,控制土地供给总量,规范土地市场发展起到了明显的作用.但随着实施过程的深入,目前也遇到了一些制约因素,其中最主要的就是土地储备资金问题.通过建立土地储备基金,为城市土地收购储备筹集所需资金,已成为我们的研究方向. |
