| 我国农村金融空洞化现象的出现,严重制约了广大农村地区的经济发展.防范金融空洞化,金融机构应转变观念,支持农村地区经济的发展;完善金融支持体系,加快民间金融进入农村地区;开放资本证券市场,加快直接融资步伐;加快合作性金融机构的发展,创建中国邮政储蓄银行;深化金融体制改革,完善农业优惠信贷政策. |
