| 刑事沉默权与刑事侦查行为同属刑事侦查工作的两个方面.应用刑事沉默权对刑事侦查行为虽然具有一些消极作用,但从总体上看,是有利于提升刑事侦查行为,推动刑事侦查工作的.我们应当在刑事侦查工作中有限制地应用刑事沉默权,使刑事侦查工作既能够有力地打击犯罪,同时也能体现人文精神. |
