| 中国反倾销程序法存在着:法律形式的细则化,让人倍感透明度不够;重实体轻程序的理念带来程序性规范的缺失;证据规则的不明确引发了国内利害关系人对证据的认识不足,同时又导致了政府证据责任的错位;已有的程序性条款存在不完整性和分散性等问题,这些问题,急需立法完善. |
