| 大学生非正式群体是指大学生在学习和生活中自发形成的,以个人的喜爱为基础,其中各成员之间的相互关系带有明显的情绪色彩,并以个人的意愿结合在一起,没有严格的权力机构.其成员性格相投、志趣相同或信念一致、情感亲近、关系密切.大学生中的非正式群体在高校中非常普遍,自发形成,范围小、凝聚性强;在非正式群体有些积极的作用,同时也存在着一些消极的方面;高校应从指导思想,完善管理机制,加强日常管理等方面加强对高校学生非正式群体的教育与引导. |
