| 高空抛物伤人事件屡禁不止.舆论的谴责对不良行为者,只是隔山打牛,不痛不痒,没有强制约束力和制裁力,不是治本之策.相关法律理论的不成熟和法律的缺失直接导致受害者合法权益不能得到有效的保护,而且也致使法院在受理类似案件难以决断.因此,需要加强相关法律研究及有关法规的制订. |
