| 摘要: |
| 我国教育经费的投入比发达国家低,甚至比一些发展中国家都低.其原因很多,根本原因是国家未制定有关教育的投资法律,国家无法对未按国家规定逐年增加教育投资的地方政府和部门依法进行处理.因此,国家必须通过立法,即制定<教育投资法>,各级政府必须按照国家法律规定依法逐年增加对教育的投入,否则将依法进行处理.只有这样,教育的优先发展才能从根本上得到保证. |
