| 对于行政执法问题,大多数人习惯从行政执法本身寻找问题.行政执法是在一定社会环境中的执法,我们不仅要从行政执法行为本身找原因,更应该透视这些问题发生的社会根源.本文拟通过对当前行政执法领域存在的突出问题的分析,深刻揭示这些问题产生的原因并提出应对之策. |
