| 在国际技术贸易中,专有技术通常与专利技术结合在一起作为标的.中方企业在技术进口贸易中,如何获取和掌握"硬件"设备中关键的专有技术并给予有效的保护;而在技术出口贸易中,对专有技术如何采用自我保护和司法救济,笔者结合我国的立法状况提出了相应的措施.随着专有技术的广泛应用以及在技术贸易中的作用越来越大,世界各国特别是工业发达国家都将陆续制定保护专有技术的专门法律,专有技术的保护力度将进一步加强. |
