| 商业银行与企业的关系主要包括产权关系和交易关系两个方面,产权关系在银企关系中起决定性的作用,决定了银行与企业交易关系的类型.银企关系与金融经营体制有密切关系.我国目前实行分业经营体制,其目的也是为了割断商业银行参与股票市场投机,防止存款资金流入股市,我国向金融混业经营体制过渡的过程中,强化引起隔离制度对维护金融系统安全具有十分重要的意义. |
