| 我国加入世界贸易组织,给教育事业带来了机遇和挑战,教育的任务也更加艰巨.面对新的形势,我国的教育政策必须从宏观上作调整,从政策上继续加大各级政府财政对教育的投入力度;加大政府职能转变的力度;放开对教育的计划控制;加强对民办教育的政策扶持;从宏观政策上引导支持各类教育,全面提高教育的质量和效益. |
