| "买断工龄"是目前国有商业银行裁减冗员的一种主要手段,但是,这种减员方式并没有达到裁减冗员之效,相反的情况是人才流失,冗员续存.探讨这一制度安排中的逆向选择问题,有助于找到相应的制度设计方案. |
