| 土地征用是城市化进程中不可避免的经济行为,在城市化进程中,城郊农村土地被征用的力度越来越大.大批农民失去土地,农转非成为城市居民,由此,他们的身份、谋生手段、生活方式乃至居住条件都发生了很大的变化.这变化更多地体现在农转非人员社区生活中.了解农转非人员社区生活状况,探索农转非小区社区管理方法,对做好农转非人员安置工作,改善农转非人员的生活条件,维护开发区的社会稳定有着重要的现实意义. |
