| 在金融电子化的今天,先进的具有前瞻性的金融产品是银行发展业务和开拓市场的利器.以花旗银行为代表的外资银行已经向国家专利局提起了多项金融产品"商业方法类"专利的申请,意图在我国银行业面前竖起一道"专利壁垒".由于体制和观念的原因,我国银行业对金融产品的专利保护没有足够的重视,在外资银行金融专利面前处处掣肘.对此,中资银行要增强专利意识,加快研发力度并着手建立专利战略以应对外资银行的专利战. |
