| 高等教育大众化与高校毕业生的就业是目前我国教育界乃至整个社会普遍关注的两大热点问题.我国的高等教育大众化已经是势所必然,就业难是一个不争的事实.就业难的根本原因除了结构性原因外,更重要的是个人职业选择性的问题.调整传统的就业观,建立与高等教育大众化相适应的"大众化"就业观,是解决高校毕业生就业难的根本出路. |
