| 华人华侨经济的快速增长状况与当时世界经济形势和国家政治经济政策的取向有很大关系.上世纪八十年代以后,亚太地区的区域性国际分工格局发生了急剧的变化,东盟国家作为有利的商品和投资市场前景被看好.东盟国家为吸引外资,进一步放宽对外资的限制,纷纷制定了条件更为优惠的外资政策,使东盟各国经济发展的环境趋好,诱发了八十年代下半期以后对东盟国家的投资热潮. |
