| 西部大开发要求西部地区城市化建设尤其是中心城市建设必须实现超常规、跨越式发展;外国和中国东部城市的发展印证了城市经济水平决定城市文化水准,城市文化发展推动经济发展的道理;在开发西部城市,塑造西部城市文化形象时,应充分利用历史文化遗存,挖掘整合历史文化资源,以增加城市文化内涵,这是西部城市建设应采取的重要文化战略. |
