| 出狱人的社会保护是囚犯重返社会程序中极具有重要意义的一个环节,也是社会文明与民主进程的一个标识.我国传统的安置帮教工作与国外对出狱人的保护制度相比有自己的特色,但也显出不足之处.作者认为,建立前科消灭制度是我国进一步加强对出狱人的保护的重要体现. |
