| 我国从1998年开始实施积极财政政策,国债发行量逐年上升,财政支出也逐年扩大,国家财政负担增加,于是有人提出积极财政政策到了淡出的时候。通过分析当前宏观经济形势,笔者认为,我国应该继续实施积极财政政策的结论。 |
