| 随着社会主义市场经济的建立和完善,国有中小企业进行了改制,在改制后的许多企业中职工合法权益却难以得到保障和维护。如社会保障不落实,严重违反《劳动法》的有关规定,民主政治权利不落实等。要解决这些问题,就必须建立和完善维权机制,包括职工和工会的自身维护、国家和政府的法律维护、社会和群众的舆论维护等。 |
