| 新的《医疗事故处理条例》对原《医疗事故处理办法》进行了较大的修改 ,这对正确办理医疗事故 ,调整医患关系更进了一步。但是《医疗事故处理条例》仍然存在着若干问题值得思考 ,只有将这些问题探讨清楚了才有利于医疗事故立法的完善和发展 |
