| 摘要: |
| 实践表明 ,居民消费需求力度决定经济增长速度。长期以来 ,我国居民消费率和消费倾向偏低 ,对我国经济增长缺乏需求拉动 ;必须把适当提高居民消费率和消费倾向作为经济增长的一项重要任务。为此 ,要处理好经济建设与人民生活的关系 ,在保持投资适当增长的同时 ,促使消费需求增长快于投资增长 ,改变我国高投资、低消费的经济发展格局 ,要采取提高居民消费率的各项政策措施 ,刺激居民消费、鼓励居民消费、增加居民消费 ,拉动经济持续、快速、健康增长 |
