| 学生公寓管理中的育人功能包括管理育人、文化育人和服务育人。随着高校后勤社会化的发展和我国高等教育体制改革的不断深化 ,学生工作的重心将逐渐转向学生生活区 ,学生公寓管理必须强化育人功能。我们应研究目前的新情况 ,更新思想观念、变革管理体制、引入竞争机制和吸引学生助管等 ,达到增强学生公寓管理育人功能的目的。 |
