| 重庆是长江上游和西部最大的工商重镇 ,其商贸流通水平居西部地区首位 ,全国大城市第五位 ,其西南地区商贸中心地位已基本确立 ,具有较强的向外辐射势能。为此 ,要采取有效措施 ,进一步提升其作为区域商贸中心的影响与辐射能力 ,把重庆建设成为长江上游最大的商贸中心和西部地区最具特色、最具活力的商贸中心。 |
