| 虽然我国加入WTO后农业保护受到乌拉圭回合达成的《农产品协议》(以下简称《协议》) (AgreementonAgriculture)约束 ,但这并非意味着我国将放弃一切对农业的保护手段 ,相反 ,《协议》中规定了一些例外及特别条款 ,我们仍然能够、而且也应该充分利用这些条款来对农业这十分重要但又很脆弱的特殊产业实行合理的保护 |
