| 绿色贸易壁垒对发展中国家已发生重大影响。重庆可以采取宣传教育、环保立法、政策扶持、交流合作等在内的有关宏观对策和加大科技投入 ,开发环保技术和绿色产品 ,推行清洁生产 ,申请绿色认证等在内的微观措施 ,大力发展绿色经济 ,突破绿色贸易壁垒给重庆带来的不利影响 ,变绿色贸易壁垒为绿色贸易通道。 |
