| 各种现象表明 ,汽车工业正成为我国目前最重要的支柱产业之一 ,但我国汽车工业的发展仍然存在很多问题 ,主要是 ,规模效益差 ,组织结构不尽合理 ,投资力度过于分散等等。当前应加大汽车科研经费投入 ,节约耗费 ,降低成本 ;鼓励国内汽车行业 ,以资产为纽带 ,建立跨地区、跨部门的大型汽车集团 ,逐步提高市场占有率 ,实现规模效益 ,使汽车工业真正发展成为我国国民经济的一个最重要的支柱产业 |
