| 随着关税水平的进一步降低和传统的非关税壁垒活动余地明显减少，绿色贸易壁垒已成为各国推行贸易保护主义的有效武器，并对当今国际贸易格局产生重大影响，直接导致发展中国家和地区贸易条件进一步恶化。绿色贸易壁垒对重庆外经贸发展也会有重要影响。为迎接入世挑战，重庆应加强对绿色贸易壁垒的关注。 |
