| 微观经济组织形式与社会化程度相适应的原理决定企业集团形成的一般规律。在生产社会化进程中企业之间的分工越来越细，生产专业化租度越来越高，促使各企业的联系增强，协作加深。企业集团是企业联合的产物。企业集团产生的动因是核心企业为集中各成员企业的优势和联合劳动创造新的生产力，实现企业的生存与扩张。企业集团演进的全过程是企业间联合协作不断完善的过程；也是企业技术与管理水平不断提高的过程。 |
