    摘要:

    目的 针对光伏发电功率波动、单相全桥并网变换器二倍频功率波动,以及超级电容系统平抑光伏发电功率 波动时,其端电压大范围波动造成的越限等问题,提出一种基于超级电容的光伏并网功率波动平抑方法。 方法 首 先,通过在控制环路中串入陷波滤波器将系统二倍频功率分离,将波动功率作为超级电容响应的参考值,减少单相 全桥变换器的并网功率波动对电能质量的影响;然后,在超级电容控制环路中并入端电压瞬态恢复调节控制,实现 超级电容在动态响应后及时恢复能量,为后续功率波动平抑储备能量;其次,针对直流母线电压的高频波动,在超 级电容控制环路占空比中直接并入电压高频波动平抑控制,进一步提高直流母线电压的电能质量。 结果 通过建立 并网系统仿真模型,验证功率波动平抑方法的有效性和可靠性。 结论 试验结果表明:并网功率波动平抑控制方法 不仅实现了波动功率的合理分配,同时有效避免了超级电容端电压的越限,且提高了直流母线电压的电能质量。 关键词:光伏;超级电容;功率分配策略;陷波滤波器

    Abstract:

    Objective Aiming at the issues of power fluctuations in photovoltaic PV generation double-frequency power fluctuations in single-phase full-bridge grid-connected inverters and the large voltage fluctuations in supercapacitor systems when smoothing PV power fluctuations that may cause over-limit problems a method for smoothing PV gridconnected power fluctuations based on supercapacitors is proposed. Methods Firstly the two-frequency power of the system is separated by inserting a notch filter into the control loop and the fluctuating power is used as the reference value for the supercapacitor response to reduce the impact of grid-connected power fluctuations of the single-phase full-bridge converter on power quality. Secondly a terminal voltage transient recovery control is integrated into the supercapacitor control loop to ensure that the supercapacitor can promptly restore its energy after dynamic response and reserve energy for s v u o b lt s a e g q e ue h n ig t h p - o fr w e e q r ue fl n u c c y tu f a l t u io c n tua s t m io o n oth sm in o g o . th T in h g ird c l o y n tro to l a is dd d r i e r s e s ct t l h y e in h c ig o h rp -f o r r e a q te u d en i c n y to vo t l h t e age du f t l y uc c tu y a c t l i e on o s f o th n e th s e up D er C ca b p u a s c ito a r control loop so as to further improve the power quality of the DC bus voltage. Results The effectiveness and reliability of the power fluctuation smoothing method are verified through the establishment of a grid-connected system simulation model. Conclusion The experimental results show that the grid-connected power fluctuation smoothing control method not only achieves rational distribution of fluctuating power but also effectively avoids over-limit voltage issues in supercapacitors and improves the power quality of the DC bus voltage.
