碳减排下的汽车零部件循环取货路径优化研究

    摘要:

    针对能源消耗严重和环境污染双重压力下的现象,提出对汽车企业零部件循环取货路径的优化建议。将CO2的排放量与满足汽车制造企业的生产需要相结合, 根据货运车辆的碳排放需要选择合适的碳排放计算模型,分别建立不考虑碳排放的循环取货路径模型和考虑碳排放的循环取货路径模型,利用遗传算法及基本原理对所建模型进行算法设计,并运用Matlab软件编程,最后对考虑与不考虑碳排放量两种情况进行计算对比分析。结果表明:考虑碳排放的循环取货比不考虑碳排放的循环取货路径总长虽增加了38%,但总成本减少了16%,碳排放量减少比例为1237%,改善了汽车零部件循环取货过程中车辆的碳排放和能耗量,一定程度上减少了循环取货的运输费用,取得了汽车企业零部件循环取货路径更加经济环保的效果。

    Abstract:

    Based on double pressures of severe energy consumption and environmental pollution, this paper suggests to optimize milk-run route for automobile parts of commercial vehicle companies, combines carbon dioxide emission quantity with meeting production needs of automobile manufacturers, selects proper carbon emission calculation model according to the demand of carbon emission of the vehicles, respectively sets up two milk-run route models which one is considering carbon emission milk-run route model based on travel distance and which another one is not, uses genetic algorithm and its basic principle to design the algorithm for solving the models, uses Matlab software for programming, and finally compares and analyzes the two calculation results by considering carbon emission and by not considering carbon emission. The results show that the total length of milk-run route model considering carbon emission is 38 % higher than that of the model not considering carbon emission, but its total cost reduces 16%, and its carbon emission reduction proportion is 1237%. It shows that the milk-run route model considering carbon emission improves the carbon emission and energy consumption of the vehicles with the automobile parts during the process of the transportation, reduces transportation cost of the milk-run route and protects the environment.
