Abstract:In order to realize the remanufacturing of impellers with surface damage, remanufactureing process and method were put forward,and Febased powder was melted on the surface by laser cladding technology.The remanufacturing process of impeller mainly includes equipment disassembly, cleaning, testing, remanufacturing, parts testing, assembly, packaging, etc.The laser cladding experiment shows that the powder has a good metallurgical bonding with the matrix, the microstructure is compact and there is no unmelted powder particles.The hardness of the cladding layer is 625.7HV, about 1.57 times of the hardness of the matrix material, and the yield strength is 641 MPa.The laser cladding remanufactured impeller has been tested by dye detection and industrial CT to show that there are no cracks, holes and other quality problems in the remanufactured cladding area; the weight removal balance is adopted, and the dynamic unbalance is less than the standard value of 750 g.mm; the impeller is once installed and debugged successfully and the index meets the requirements.
