    摘要:

    面对汽车行业下行压力,重庆汽车产业亟需转变发展方式,由高投入、规模化向高技术、高附加值转变;R&D投入是推动产业创新发展的主要因素,基于R&D投入对产业创新发展的传导机制研究,分析重庆汽车产业R&D投入和产出的关联效应,发现产业R&D经费和人员投入与专利和利润存在正相关性,要实现产业转型升级,需政府加大投入强度,统筹整合各类基金,优化经费投入结构,构建研发人才队伍,为产业创新发展注入新动能。

    Abstract:

    Facing the downward pressure of automobile industry, Chongqing’s automobile industry urgently needs to change development mode from high input and scale to high technology and high additional value. R&D input is the main factor to boost industrial innovative development, therefore, based on the research on the conduction mechanism of R&D input on industrial innovative development, this paper analyzes the correlation effect of R&D input of Chongqing’s automobile industry on its output, and finds that there is a positive correlation between the input of R&D funds and personnel and its patents and profit. The realization of industrial transformation and upgrading needs government to intensify the input, to overall integrate all kinds of funds, to optimize funds input structure, to build R&D talent team and to invest in kinetic energy for industrial innovative development.
