Abstract:Based on Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy sets theory, the Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators are presented to research the multiple attribute decision making problems.In this paper, we firstly introduce Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator and Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted geometric operator.Moreover, considering the Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy decision information themselves and their ordered positions, we develop an Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy hybrid averaging aggregation operator and Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy hybrid geometric aggregation operator.Finally, their applications in solving multiple attribute decision making problems are given.Meanwhile, a numerical example of smart healthcare assessment index system is provided to illustrate the feasibility of our proposed method.
